Help save my mother Laurel Harding's Life!!!

Hello my name is Robin and I am reaching out to anyone willing to help save my moms life.

Our goal is to raise funds to help support a wonderful women who is going through the battle of her life right now. I am asking for support to help my mother Laurel Harding to be able to continue getting treatment for her now advanced lung cancer that has metastasised from her kidney to her lungs. She did have surgery to remove the cancer from her kidney by having a large portion of it removed and thought it was all gone and clear, sadly that was not the case. So treatment now means constant travel to Vancouver and back to her home in Powell River every week for a minimum of 2 nights stay. The costs of fuel, hotel, food, medications as well as dental care due to therapy are extensive!! Her and her husband Tony who is also not doing well health wise, do their best taking on odd jobs to raise money to be able to cover normal daily costs never mind these added expenses. However it isn't even close to enough to get by. I'd like to lift the burden of them both depleting their strength and health doing these extremely hands on physically draining jobs and be able to just focus on recovering and fighting this deadly disease. Without these treatments and success from them, the outcome is not great.

My mother has spent her whole life helping everyone in it and around her. She has housed, fed and supported many others in her life, always putting her needs last. She has been through hell and back but has just recently found the happiness she finally deserves and was beginning to put her happiness in the front and enjoying everyday doing new and exciting things she has always dreamt of. This was so great to see happening till all of a sudden at the worst time possible we got the devastating news of Lung Cancer. It took many visits to many doctors having some tell her it was all in her head or that it was nothing and to just suffer at home and deal with it, till finally a new doctor came to town and got to the bottom of it. Its a shame that it took so long to find this out. Her cancer is very advanced and these treatments are her only hope.

Please help save my moms life and lift the burden of having to do strenuous work to just pay some bills never mind get to the cancer ward to get treatments. The price of the multiple medications along with all the rest is just too much, they are very very expensive.

My mom deserves the small chance to live the life she has always deserved and I'm praying people will help her out like she has helped so many.
