I’m starting this fundraiser for my mom’s dog, who means absolutely everything to our family, especially to my mom. He has recently been coughing and wheezing, and when we took him to the vet, we learned that he has pneumothorax. This means air and pressure are causing his lungs to collapse, making it very hard for him to breathe. Right now, he is in a critical state and had to stay overnight at the vet because his oxygen levels were so low. He now needs surgery, and there is a possibility that part of his lung will need to be removed.

This has been heartbreaking and overwhelming for all of us. My mom and her dog are inseparable, and I honestly don’t know what we would do if we lost him. I know she would be completely heartbroken. I’m asking for help to cover his emergency vet bills, surgery, and the care he will need afterward while he recovers. Any support, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me and to my mom.
