A few months ago I reached out to your kindness and received a breathtaking amount of support. The money and kind words so many of you sent got her through one of the toughest parts of her life so far. Unfortunately we have to reach out and ask again for any support you can give.

 My mom’s surgery was meant to remove the tumor that had been treated with radiation and significantly lessen any chance of spread. However, her surgeon found that her cancer had metastasized and spread into one of her lymph nodes, putting her at stage four.

Her Doctors removed the node and are focusing on quality of life and comfort. They have her on a year long run of chemotherapy, and while they haven’t found any more active cancer sites, they do expect it to return in the future.

 Because of the length and nature of treatment, costs keep snowballing, adding to the 58k already owed from the surgery. She has regular weekly doctor’s appointments, and copays are rapidly adding up. My dad and I are helping however we can, but costs keep adding up past what we can handle.
