“She is strong, but not in the ways most people think. She loves more than she'll ever get back and she knows it. And yet, she loves anyway."
Hello family and friends,
Our heart and pillar of the Ramos family, Tess Ramos, had a stroke last Monday evening, Feb. 1, 2021 and was rushed to the ER. She is currently in the ICU for close monitoring and has been there as of this writing. The cost of her ICU stay adds up daily and this does not include medications and doctor’s professional fees. At this time, we have spent close to 10k USD (Php 500,000). Funds are depleting faster than expected and we are anticipating post-hospital care expenses such as medications, supplies and therapy. Thankfully, she is alert and responsive (utters phrases, makes hand gestures). Although her right side is functioning as normal, her left side is still weak.
Most of you know that our mom has a big heart. She deserves nothing less and we will do anything for her. We ask you to please continue to pray for her quick healing and recovery.
If you could support in any way, we, as a family, would be eternally grateful. Donation of any size would be amazing. To those that have assisted, your gesture is truly appreciated. We are deeply humbled.
Thanks for taking the time to read.
With you in our hearts and minds,
The Ramos Family
