For the past five years, my mom has bravely battled kidney disease and endured countless hours of dialysis. This journey has been incredibly tough on her, my little sister, and me, but we have always held onto hope for a brighter future. Now, after years of waiting, my mom is finally close to receiving the kidney transplant she desperately needs.

The transplant will take place in Orlando, and for three months after surgery, we’ll need to stay in the area so my mom can receive the specialized recovery care that’s essential for her healing. The costs of medical bills, immunosuppressant medication, and lodging during this time are overwhelming for our family. Every dollar raised will go directly toward these expenses, helping to ensure my mom has the best chance at a full recovery.
