Hi everyone, I’m writing this because my mom is the type of person who would never ask for help herself. She’s a single mother of three who has spent her entire life making sure we have everything we need, even while fighting a battle most people don’t see. My mom has lived with Chronic Kidney Disease for over half of her life. For years, she has balanced dialysis, doctors, and the physical toll of her illness with the grueling demands of running her restaurant and raising us. She has been incredibly strong for so long, but lately, the weight of it all has become too much for one person to carry. The combination of mounting medical needs and the rising costs of keeping the restaurant running has created a mountain we can’t climb alone. We want to help her "catch up" so she doesn’t have to choose between her health and the business she has worked so hard to build. Our goal is to cover the restaurant's immediate overhead and her medical expenses so she can finally focus on her well-being without the constant stress of the bills piling up.
