Help My Mom Rebuild After House Fire – Everything Lost

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. Yesterday, my mom’s home in Hocking County caught fire and she lost everything. Clothes, furniture, important documents—her entire life was in that house. She made it out safely, thank God, and I’ve brought her to Dayton to stay with me for now.

She’s on disability and truly has nothing left. We’re starting from zero.

She also has a small dog who made it out of the fire with her, but he needs to see a vet ASAP. We’re looking for low-income vet care, but anything raised here will also help cover his care, along with basic needs.

I’m trying to help her get back on her feet—replace her ID, get her medications, clothing, food, and hopefully find emergency housing or long-term support.

Every donation will go directly toward:

• Immediate essentials (clothes, toiletries, food)

• Vet care for her dog

• Transportation to appointments and to get documents replaced

• Temporary housing or emergency shelter

• Rebuilding her life one step at a time
