Help my mom move in while she recovers!

Hi folks,

My mom has had a lot of medical stuff going on recently and is in need of more care for a while than she has available living on her own. My housemate is moving out, so mom can now have her room here, but mom can't start paying rent until we move her out of her apartment when the lease ends in December. So I have to come up with the full rent and bills for November and December as well as the funds to return my housemate's deposit, which unfortunately, I had to spend on unmet expenses over the pandemic.

We have been trying to make it work with me sleeping on the couch when mom stays over, or in my kiddo's room when they are away, so mom can have use of my room, but it's really not working anymore, she needs her own space! Thus, my housemate moving out, which will be a wonderful blessing for mom having her own room and for me to have mine back. :)

As I am a teacher and an artist, the pandemic really hit me hard financially and though I am teaching again and having art sales, my savings is gone and I can't meet this extra expense by myself.
