I will not erase my moms story as she wrote it all. But we now need to get her home from California to Canada for a funeral Burial which is very expensive. Anything helps thank you ..

Hi, my name is Kelly Chicoine. I am 57 years old. I have 3 beautiful children and 3 adorable grandchildren, whom I love more than anything in the world. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with 3c breast cancer which had spread to my lymph nodes. We were in total shock. I was thrown almost immediately into surgery (double mastectomy), then on to 9 months of chemo, which made me so tired & sick that I couldn't get out of bed.

Once chemo was done, I did 30 days of radiation. That entire year was a horrible, painful blur. I was told after that to consider myself cancer free! I was so grateful and enjoyed that year.

However, a year later, I started feeling pain in my back. I went for an exam, and the results showed that cancer had returned to my spine. I was officially in stage 4. Let me tell you, it's the most devastating news anyone can hear. It was so so hard to handle. That was in 2020.

Cancer has now spread to my right adrenal gland, liver & many other areas in my bones. I suffer every day with pain. I have been on six different chemos since then, which all stopped working after a few months. My oncologist told me that with the last treatments not working & cancer spreading, this might be the last chemo option I have left. I am hoping this one keeps it at bay for at least a while. In the meantime, my doctor put me on a waiting list for a clinical trial that may be a fit for me.

I am not ready to give up!!!

So I am seeking out alternative treatments, which are very costly! I want to also work with a company that will take my medical files and search every hospital nationwide for trials that can work for me. But I am finding difficulties in paying for this.

Some of the alternative treatments include- OxygenOzone treatments,

Intravenous vitamin C infusions combined with many herbal treatments,

countless supplements and certain medications. These are not "one-time"

treatments, therefore repeat therapies are a must to keep the disease at bay and perhaps give me a little more time with my family. I've never been the type of person to ask for help, but I would be so very grateful for any contribution big or small. My aim is to do anything and everything I can to gain more time to create a few more memories with my family that I love so much. PLEASE help me in continuing to have some hope..................
