Help my mom get treatment for Hashimoto’s Disease

Hi, my name is Taylor. My mom was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease in 2012. She has seen countless doctors trying to identify the root cause of this autoimmune disease and has yet to find the right treatment. Traditional doctors only prescribe her more and more medication that exacerbates her symptoms. She’s been unable to maintain a job due to her illness so I’m asking for help. We’ve been recommended to go against traditional medicine and see a Functional Medicine Doctor who specializes in autoimmune diseases and looks at the root of this disease, instead of trying to patch the symptoms.
