Help Our Mom Get To The Mayo Clinic In Rochester

Hello, my siblings and I are trying to get our mother to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Our mother, Gloria Romero has been battling with health issues since 2019, after been thru a horrific car accident, she has suffered severe nerve damage as well as constant headaches, dizziness, lock jaw and other problems. The worst though, has been the lock jaw, it has rendered her unable to do her job as an interpreter. Not only can she not speak much anymore, the pain she endures daily is unimaginable. It also causes her to not be able to chew, which makes her not be able to eat. So, after years of constant pain, struggling, and finding no relief, no medical professional she has seen can diagnose, let alone understand what is going on with her; she received her Christmas miracle and got an appointment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota! For a woman who has always gone above and beyond for her family, friends, and tried to always do for her community, we’d like to chance to give back to her and help her get out there! Knowing we can’t get her there alone, we are reaching out for help. She will need lodging for 7-10 days, flights to and from and medical expenses she will incur while at the Mayo Clinic. Any extra support to lessen the financial burden, stress and worry would be greatly appreciated. We are hoping the Mayo Clinic specialists will provide answers to improve her quality of life and bring back joy into her life.
