my mom is really sick she has been through a lot these last few years and really doesn't need another major problem in her life. Each time I see her working really hard to get on top of rent. Bills. Etc. she's doing really well and then suddenly boom. Something happens to knock her back down again. So the story is that my mom had a. Hip replacement after having a disease (Perthes) as a child. Then a few weeks ago while she was working in Vancouver. Wa. As a traveling nurse. She got a really bad infection in the hip with the replacement. She had septic hip. The doctors told her that the only treatment they can do is to remove the hip replacement and all the metal in her hip She is on day 7 in hospital after surgery. Now she has nothing in that hip area except for a ball of antibiotics. She uses a walker and is not allowed to put any weight on that leg. After 3 months they will open her back up and put a new hip replacement in Recovery is going to take 4-5 months. All that time she's not allowed to work. Shop. Go out. Drive etc I just want to help her not get behind again so I stated this website. I know she appreciated all your prayer and love. But a few cents can go a long way to helping with rent, food etc So if u can offer just a few cents, I would really appreciate that you are helping my mother not go backwards but keep her rolling forward.
