Help My Mom Fight Diabetic Ketoacidosis in the Philippines

My mom Gene, is currently in the ICU Las Pinas Doctors Hospital in the Philippines fighting diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), a serious and potentially life-threatening complication of diabetes.

This has been an incredibly frightening and difficult time for our family. She needs urgent medical care, monitoring, medications, insulin, laboratory tests, and hospitalization. The costs are adding up quickly, and we are doing everything we can to make sure she receives the treatment she needs.

I am currently in Canada, while my mom is in the Philippines, and I am trying to raise funds to help cover her medical expenses.

What your donation will help pay for

Funds raised will go toward:

Hospital and ICU expenses

Doctors' and medical fees

Insulin and other medications

Blood tests, laboratory work, and monitoring

Medical supplies

Follow-up treatment and medications after she leaves the hospital

Other necessary expenses directly related to her recovery
