For the past year, my mother has been fighting a silent battle with breast cancer. It’s been a journey filled with pain, strength, and resilience — but now, we’ve found the courage to ask for help.

This past year has brought not only the emotional and physical toll of cancer but also an overwhelming financial burden. Due to several instances of medical malpractice and unexpected lapses in insurance coverage, my mom has been left with a tremendous amount of medical debt. She’s been doing everything she can to hold on, but the road has not been easy.

She is currently about three-quarters of the way through chemotherapy, and the treatment has taken a serious toll on her body. The side effects have made it impossible for her to work, and she has been on the disability waiting list for almost a year with no assistance yet. Despite all of this, she continues to fight every single day with grace and strength.

Soon, she will be preparing for a mastectomy — a life-changing surgery that requires both physical and emotional recovery. Our hope is to raise enough funds to ensure she can heal in comfort, without the added stress of financial insecurity. Every donation will go toward medical expenses, essential living costs, and providing a peaceful, supportive environment during her recovery.
