Help my mom Destiny stay out of a nursing home

Hi, I'm Frank, Destiny's son. On Feb 8th, my mom slipped on ice in front of our house and suffered a left trimalleolar ankle fracture (where she broke every bone that connects her ankle to leg) along with a left leg (tibia) fracture. This time has been trying and hard for us as a family. She has been in hospital and already has had 2 surgeries, and now there is possibility of nerve damage and it could affect her walking or worst of all could affect her riding her beloved motorcycle. Our house is obviously not handicap accessible and I am asking for your help first by please praying that my mom recovers and is able to go back to work as a nurse and ride her motorcycle again and of course be normal again.
Please let's pull together and raise the money that is needed for the home health equipment she needs, the modifications that have to be done to our house so that she can recover here, and to help pay for someone to come help with her personal hygiene needs. All the above things are not covered from insurance and if we don't make the house ready they will put her in a nursing home for rehab and we all know my mom and will recovery much faster at home.
Most people think cool she will at least be taken care of at a rehab, but what about ME? They will put me in a group home or foster placement because I am only 16 yrs old...Please I just want to see my mom's smile and her cheerful positive attitude by keeping her home.
