My mom has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder (presumably ALS) that progressively weakens the muscles. She is at the point to where she can hardly move any of her muscles & is bed ridden. I did some research and stumbled upon the Mollii Suit, a suit created in Sweden that helps stimulate the muscles & get a little bit of strength back, made specifically for these types of disorders, so I made an appointment to try it on her. After just one session we were able to see minor positive improvements. Sadly the Mollii Suit costs 9.000€ and health insurance doesn't pay for this suit, so I created this GoFundMe to try and get the funds to buy her this suit that could potentially make life easier for her.
