My Mom has been fighting a fraudulent case since last December, last year our beloved Granddad passed away at 81 due to old age, he was an amazing man and was so loved by many including his townspeople, i was there when he was on this world for the last time along with my Mother, and attending his funeral not too long after.

However, we have been unable to move on in peace or even get a chance to grief at all of his passing, two people related to our family line have been committing the most vile acts to not only defy Granddad's legacy as a whole, including his wishes that includes my mother, but to also do everything they can to ruin my Mom's life in any way possible, simply cause they hate her guts and out of sheer jealously with the help my late Granddad gave to my Mother in raising 3 children on her own, including Me.

They have broken every law in the book and have committed multiple acts of Defrauding and Forgery to take all of Granddad's assets, including his money for themselves, on top of refusing to release a set of money that was related to Granddad's remaining funds that was due to be shared out equally. Not only this, they have been falsely spending and helping themselves to Grandadd's money even a few years before his passing without him or any of us knowing, and have been making all attempts to ghost and refuse to inform my Mom of anything, even with regards to Granddad's Tombstone, they have also now stolen and forged my Mothers signature to falsely sign documents she had absolutely no part in or knowing about.

To add, the banks tied to this have also been refusing to cooperate, and have caught them out in straight up supporting the crimes these two vile family figures are pulling, refusing to release details and documents that by law we are tied to know and receive, knowing full well it will get their departments in trouble with the law, they are in part of this of allowing all this Defrauding and Forgery to destroy Granddad's legacy to even happen in the first place.

This is only a fraction of the story, but it is beyond words here on how many horrible things they have committed, and had committed similar acts back to when Grandma passed away over a decade ago due to Cancer, this whole situation has been mentally destroying me so much, but my Mom's been taking it the worst, and have done my best to emotionally support her whenever i can, despite all the frustration wishing i can do more to help bring these horrible beings and Granddad's legacy to justice and so his spirit can finally rest in peace.

My Mom has been trying everything, both with the laws and banks, and this has reached a point it will likely be going to Court through Solicitor, which of course requires money. This is the goal of this GoFundMe with a base 5000 Pounds baseline, which is likely all we need due to the overwhelming amount of evidence my Mom has gathered against these two horrible people.
