Please Help My Mom After This Devastating Accident
Donation protected
My mom, Jennifer, has been through more than most people ever will.
Back in 2020, she suffered a life-altering accident that left her with a broken back. After everything she endured during that time, we hoped that the worst was behind us.
Then, just over a month ago, she was faced with another hardship.
She was in the back of a trailer, sleeping, when suddenly, a black cow appeared out of nowhere. The truck struck the animal at 70 miles per hour — the impact was like hitting a brick wall. The trailer came to a violent stop, flew off the road, landed partially on a hill, and began to roll.
My mom was tossed around the cabin with no warning — she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. The result was devastating: seven broken ribs, a fractured pelvis, and serious internal injuries. She spent over a month in the hospital, in constant pain, unable to move on her own, and completely dependent on medical care.
As if that wasn’t enough, she also developed a serious infection during her hospital stay — one that her body has been fighting on top of everything else. It’s made her recovery even more painful, exhausting, and slow.
She just returned home yesterday, but she’s far from healed. Recovery will take months — possibly longer. She’ll need daily help, physical therapy, counseling, and the kind of support that most insurance simply doesn’t cover.
My mom has always been the strong one. She’s a mother, a survivor, and a woman who’s had to fight her entire life just to keep going. This accident didn’t just break her bones — it broke her soul having to go through yet another traumatizing event.
We’re starting this GoFundMe to help cover her medical bills, rehab, mental health support, and home care needs. Every donation goes directly toward helping her heal safely and with dignity.
If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing her story. You never know who might be able to help.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you for supporting my mom on her long road to recovery. Your kindness means more than words can express.
