My daughter's kitten recently experienced a terrible accident—she fell straight from the top of a balcony, two flights up, onto a hard wood floor. The impact left her with a femoral fracture, and now she’s facing a long road to recovery. The veterinarians have told me she needs surgery to repair her broken femur, and in the worst case, she may even need an amputation. It’s been a heartbreaking and stressful time, but I’m determined to do everything I can to help her heal and get back to her playful self.
