Help My Kelpie

Hey guys, 

on the 11th of May 2020, the most tragic and unthinkable thing happened to my beautiful boy Zeus. We took him for a walk around our estate early in the morning and as he stopped to sniff the nearby plants and shrubs he was attacked by a meter long snake (tiger snake). 

We rushed him to the vet as fast as we could but even in our best efforts he still deteriorated extremely fast and needed to be put on manual ventilation as he could not breath on his own and his heart rate went down to 20 beats per min which required a shot of adrenaline. 

Zeus was and is still in critical care and has needed 6 anti-venom vials to keep him alive and is expected to need more to eliminate a large amount of venom through his body. 

I am starting this page because I am a full-time student nurse with a mortgage and this has shattered me emotionally and has cost me my entire savings and I would be so grateful for any donations of any amount to help Zeus get the treatment to pull through this. 


Because we need ongoing treatment that I cannot afford any donations would be muchly appreciated as he means the world to me.
