Hi, my name is Amber, and I’m reaching out for help with my beloved cat, Dorito. After being missing for over two weeks, she finally returned home — crying, limping, injured, scared, and in pain. She has a serious open wound on her backside, and I’m doing everything I can to help her, but I cannot afford the emergency veterinary care she desperately needs. It is killing me to see my poor baby in pain, she finally made her way home trusting that I could help me, and the fact that I can't and am watching her suffer is seriously heartbreaking. If you have a cat of your own, you understand that they are more than just pets. They are part of the family. I have had Dorito since the day she was born and I am all she knows. I can't imagine what she's gone through these past two weeks that she was missing and what it took for her to finally limp her way back home. She needs serious medical attention as soon as possible, and time is of the essence.

Dorito is not just a pet. She’s my little girl, my emotional support, and my family. Seeing her in pain and not being able to immediately provide the care she needs is breaking my heart.
