My husband needs a new kidney

My name is Emily Martinez and my husband is Gustavo Martinez. We have a 6 month old son together and he has a 7 year old daughter with his ex wife. Since 2017, my husband found out he has Stage 4 rare kidney disease. What makes it rare is that it deteriorated his kidneys way fast than normal kidney disease and right now his kidney function is 7%. He’s been on dialysis since April of 2021 and he’s unable to get Medicaid to help pay for the dialysis treatments and the kidney transplant he needs soon. We’re both not able to get a house right now because we have to focus on the medical bills and we’re both trying to save up right now.
