Help Robert Fight for His Life — Kidney Failure & Urgent Heart Surgery
Hi, my name is Tracie Thomason, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help during one of the most difficult chapters in our lives.
My husband, Robert Thomason, is truly a survivor. Ten years ago, he narrowly escaped death when an explosion tore through his home. He beat the odds, rebuilt his life, and just this past June, we were blessed to be married. He’s a proud father, and just recently, became a proud grandpa.
But now, we’re facing another life-threatening battle — and we can’t do it alone.
Robert has been diagnosed with Stage 5 Kidney Failure
While undergoing testing to get on the transplant list, doctors discovered something even more urgent:
He has severe heart blockages, including one called the "widowmaker." He now needs triple bypass surgery as soon as possible.
This has been a devastating shock. Robert has been forced to stop working, and I will be taking time off to care for him during recovery. Between medical bills, lost income, and the constant travel to appointments, the financial strain is overwhelming.
