Help my husband and I move out after countless tragedy's

My dad passed away when I was 12 (the picture is him and I) and I've been on a downward spiral since. He was killed by a 16 year old distracted driver and both my mom and the kid who killed him made gofundme's and the kid raised hundreds for himself (he broke his shoulder in the crash) while we only got a couple of family donations that didn't even cover funeral costs. He faced no charges. My mother did what she could financially and got checks from my dad's health insurance, but that didn't help bring my dad back and I didn't see any of that money. My mom always "wants what's best for me" but only if it fits how she wants things to be. She's not accepting of me being LGBT or my husband. I was supposed to get around 20k or so when I turned 18 because of my dad but my mom took half of it without my input and the bank said that it was fine. I originally lived with my mom and my cousin who moved in after my dad passed. I wanted to move out of my moms because she wanted me to live how SHE saw fit. I moved out behind her back and we had a huge physical fight. Cops were involved and my cousin stood up for me but now I had an apartment that I had to sustain with my McDonald's job and an unemployed adult living with me. My cousin's mom (my aunt) showed fake support and kindness claiming she'd help around the house and with bills (she's unemployed) but did nothing but leave moldy food around and use my car (that was in my mom's name and is now totaled) without helping much at all. My money was slowly drained until I got kicked out and moved in with my husband and my in-laws. I'm terribly depressed and almost dead broke (I have to pay rent at my in-laws) no car insurance, and have been losing money living here even while working every weekday at UPS. We have storage to pay every month and ubering to work is 90% of my check. My husband and I are trapped here with our bird and cat and genuinely don't know what to do. Once we get things rolling I'll need a second job but I don't have what I need to even start that. I've been here almost 2 years and it's only getting worse and I have less than $200 to my name. I spend all my money ubering to work and paying rent and don't see a penny of profit. I'm losing my sanity and this is my final option if so if you have any money to spare it would be appreciated.
