Help my Hubby continue to fight ALL Leukemia

Hi, my name is Benita...My husband and I have been married almost 20 years. Throughout the years my husband has been the best dad I could have wished for to share and raise children with . He has always been an amazing provider, mentor, teacher and best friend. Our family has always been priority before his own needs. He worked night/swing shifts so that he could volunteer at our children's schools. Our family isn't the only people he has invested his time for, he donated endless amounts of his time and artistic skills to craft/draw/arrange harvest festivals and Christmas pagents every year at our childrens school. He has such an amazing soul, and has helped so many people throughout his life, total strangers without thinking twice. He's helped complete strangers stranded on the side of the freeway get to a gas station (the front end of our truck can attest to those times) or helped change a tire, pushed stranded vehicles in rush hour traffic. This might sound normal to all you out in the world but here in Los Angeles no one does that now adays and I am in awe to call him my partner. He has strived to change the generational curses and stigmas he has experienced in life to be the amazing, attentive loving father he is . So many special and memorable moments from our wedding to the birth of our children, anniversaries and birthdays and all our children's milestones we will cherish forever and which is why July 28, 2022 will forever resignate as the day our world turned upside down...I rushed my husband to the hospital where he was ushered into triage and then straight to ER for blood tests, x-rays, MRI, scans, ultrasounds and rounds and rounds of pain management meds that didn't help. Later that evening the Dr walked in to give us the gut wrenching diagnosis of Leukemia. Our hearts sank as we tried to process all the information they were trying to give us. I cant remember how long we waited for an ambulance transfer to a hospital to start treatment. All I remember is time passing so slowly and wanting to be strong and supportive for my husband and my family. The week to follow was full of bone marrow biopsies and chemo preparations as well as anxiously waiting for those biopsy results. The results returned as a diagnosis of ALL Leukemia and preparations were being ordered for a month long stay of aggressive chemo. Through it all my husband followed the Doctor's advice remaining patient and keeping positive. My hubby always had a smile, even on the bad days when his smile was accompanied by fear and uncertainty. The middle of August he unfortunately had a really bad day and was rushed to ICU where he stayed a couple days and was able to recover from a nasty infection of eColi & septicimia. Hubby made it out of ICU and recovered at the hospital for a few more days before being discharged for home care on August 26. We know the road will be long but my husband is strong willed and we are hopeful he can beat this. Our children are still young and we need him around and healthy. With the endless upcoming appointments with oncologists and transplant specialists there is no way my husband will be able to work right now. As you can imagine, all this has taken quite a toll on my family emotionally and financially. We are humbly asking for your help in hopes of raising enough money to help him continue to fight and focus on healing instead of the piling bills and the denial after denial of benefits.Thank you to everyone who has reached out with prayers and well wishes, we are so grateful
