Hi everyone,

My name is Shadé, and my family and I are reaching out for help during an incredibly difficult time.

Recently, Hurricane Melissa, a powerful Category 5 storm, swept across Jamaica, leaving behind widespread destruction. My family was deeply affected, my grandmother in St. Elizabeth lost her entire home, and my grandfather in Manchester had the roof of his house completely torn off. Both are now left without proper shelter, food, or basic necessities.

From here in Canada, my family and I are doing everything we can to support them , sending what we have to help rebuild, provide food, and offer comfort. But the need is far greater than what we can manage alone.

We’re asking for your kindness and generosity to help us rebuild their homes, replace essential items, and restore some stability and peace to their lives.
