On 12-12-2025, my grandparents experienced a devastating flue fire that started in their attic. In a matter of moments, their home and everything inside was destroyed. While we are so grateful that they made it out safely, the fire took everything—clothes, cherished memories, and the place they called home. The loss has been overwhelming, especially during what should be a joyful season.

Right now, my grandparents have a place to stay at a hotel for 45 days, which gives them some temporary relief and peace of mind. However, after that, the path forward is uncertain. They need to replace essential items and clothing, and begin the long process of rebuilding their home. The road ahead is daunting, but with the support of our community, we know there is hope. Every donation, no matter the size, will help them take the first steps toward recovery and bring comfort during this incredibly hard time.
