Early on Monday morning, my uncle fell victim to a shooting outside of the 7-11 off of Holt and Ramona. He was shot and shortly after arriving at the hospital, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. While this occurred, my family was unable to be by his side as he was unidentified until the following day, later on in the evening.

There aren’t enough words to describe the emptiness and devastation that one faces when they lose their loved ones. Unfortunately, my grandparents and family do not have time to grieve his death as they must stress about burying their beloved son, brother, and uncle all within a short moment's notice while trying to make ends meet.

My grandfather has always put others' needs before his own and never asks for anything in return. However, during these difficult moments, any donations would be greatly appreciated and will go towards the funeral service, burial, and any further expenses to help put my uncle to rest.

El lunes por la mañana temprano, mi tío fue víctima de un tiroteo afuera del 7-11 en Holt y Ramona. Le dispararon y poco después de llegar al hospital fallecio por la herida aproximadamente a las 4 am. Mientras esto ocurría, mi familia no pudo estar a su lado ya que no fue identificado hasta el día siguiente.

No hay suficientes palabras para describir el vacío y la devastación que uno enfrenta cuando pierde a sus seres queridos. Desafortunadamente, mi familia tiene que preocuparse por enterrar a su amado hijo, hermano y tío.

Mi abuelo siempre antepone las necesidades de los demás a las suyas y nunca pide nada a cambio. Sin embargo, durante estos momentos difíciles, cualquier donación sería muy apreciada y se destinará al servicio funerario, el entierro y cualquier otro gasto.
