Help My grandma Carmen Ayuda a mi abuela Carmen

Hello everyone, my name is Fernanda Zapata Matamoros , I’m starting this fundraiser to help my grandmother with her medical expenses and ongoing treatment.

She came to visit us from Colombia and one day while she was walking she suffered a massive stroke, she has been in Boca Regional medical hospital for over a month and a half and we need your help.

My grandmother is a tourist therefore she doesn’t have health insurance in the US, after they released her from the hospital she will need to go to a rehabilitation center, but she needs a special flight to return to her home country Colombia this fundraiser will help with this and the expenses for all the other mediations she needs to take. Due do the massive stroke her left side was paralyzed and will need therapy to recover and adjust to this new form of living.

Therefore we need the communities help.

Hola a todos mi nombre es Fernanda Zapata Matamoros, estoy comenzando esta recaudación de fondos para ayudar a mi abuela Carmen Parra con sus gastos médicos y tratamiento continuo.

 Ella vino a visitarnos por las vacaciones de verano Y un día mientras caminaba sufrió un derrame cerebral masivo que causo Paralisis  de toda la parte izquierda de su cuerpo ,paralisis facial que le afecta el habla y el poder comer y beber normalmente  por lo que le tuvieron que hacer una gastroctomia  para recibir alimento  atravez de un tubo por el estomago,lleva un mes y medio en el hospital Regional de Boca Raton y necesitamos su ayuda. Mi abuela es turista por lo tanto no califica para ningun tipo de  seguro médico en los Estados Unidos, despues de que salga del hospital tendrá que ir a un centro de rehabilitación y ademas continuar con los diferentes tratamientos medicos  debido a sus diferentes condiciones de salud,el dinero la ayudará con esto y los gastos del vuelo ambulancia especial que necesita tomar para regresar a su país de origen, Colombia. Por  eso necesitamos el apoyo de  toda la comunidad  para asegurarnos que se recupere. Su ayuda sera inmensamente agradecida.
