HELP my grandma move PLEASE!

While visting my grandma I noticed a huge BEDBUG fall off onto me from the couch....I haven't seen her in awhile as I've moved pretty far and I was pregnant (high risk) so I wasn't able to really visit for awhile.

I lifted the couch fold and seen the infestation of bed bugs... they were full of blood.. 

I immediately checked everywhere around the house and her bed. There were a SEVERE amount of bed bugs under the sheet, roaches and BLOOD stains on her bed from the bed bugs sucking out her blood. 

She is 74 years old (mostly blind in both eyes) with a lot of health problems (diabetic). She refuses to go with me, she won't leave her cats and doesn't like being around kids. She likes living alone. She wants to move but doesn't have any $ or help. She is gonna need all new furniture and a new apartment in better conditions. Or it will happen again. She doesn't have any money right now (on SSI) & she already doesn't have much things to begin with, almost everything she has is from random people giving it to her and pretty run down... 

Yes she is LEAVING all her stuff behind!!! Taking nothing!!! 

She's also gonna need new clothes , new sheets, new bed set, food to fill the fridge, shampoo, because she is walking away with NOTHING... she's starting all over :( 

The whole apartment complex is infested. And they won't do anything!!!!! These are really crappy apartments so it doesn't suprise me. She doesn't have a washer and dryer so she is not even able to clean her clothes at the time being. 

Even a 1$ will help. I just need to get her out of this...

I will keep everyone updated!!!! She needs to be out of this!!! I'm the only one helping, our family won't do NOTHING. Everyone seems to be turning a blind eye.... please help
