Recover Girlfriends Rent

A week ago, my girlfriend was coming to see me for her birthday. We are currently in a long distance relationship and she flies down to where I am to spend the weekend together. Before she flew down she had to pay her rent to her landlord but could only do so through her landlords bank. She calls ahead of time and asks her landlords bank how she can pay without cash like she normally does. They said to drop off a check at the bankbox to be collected so they can process her payment while she is away. After the weekend she returns back home only to find out that her landlord has not received her payment and the bank "lost" her check. So she freezes the account to make sure whoever had the check DOESN'T cash it. However, yesterday we found out that someone still cashed her check and now she is out $800 for her rent. Someone stole from her and I'm trying my best to find ways to raise money for her so she can be at peace and still purchase the necessary everyday items for her and daughter. Gas, food etc.

Please help my girlfriend fundraise what was stolen from her. The bank is being rude and unresponsive. She is running out of options and all I want to do is help her the best way I know how. By streaming. So if you can find it in your hearts to help her it would mean the world to us.
