My girlfriend has always been one of the hardest working people I know. This year has already been incredibly challenging for her—she’s lost relatives, faced job changes, and has been doing her best to stay positive through it all. Recently, while working at Vic’s Ice Cream Shop in Land Park, she experienced another setback: her entire purse was stolen from her locker. Inside were not only her cards and a chunk of cash, but also irreplaceable memoirs from her late grandma and some cherished jewelry.

The loss has been both financially and emotionally devastating. While nothing can replace the sentimental items, I’m hoping to help her recover what we can. The funds raised will go toward replacing her purse and jewelry, getting new copies of her keys, and helping her buy groceries and gas while she waits for new cards and works through the process of disputing fraudulent charges.
