My girlfriend has always had a passion for doing nails, and she’s spent years practicing on friends and family. She dreams of becoming a licensed nail technician, but the cost of schooling is a huge challenge for us. In our area, job opportunities are limited, and saving up while paying rent and covering basic living expenses makes it nearly impossible to reach her goal anytime soon.
