Dear Friends and Deaf Community,

I am Sharon Kelley, a friend who has helped my friends in their time of need.  This time, I can’t help much for a dear friend, Joni Shouse, a single mother who needs to move back to Austin, Texas.  Her sister had a health scare, was taken to the ER, and had to stay at the hospital. Luckily, she recovered.  Their parents passed away not long ago.  Joni wants to be near her sister to give her support.  She has been away from her sister for over 13 years and felt it was time to go back home, however, she can’t seem to get a break to save money for the move. Her bills kept demanding payments.   I am trying to help her raise money for the move.

Here’s the cost of what she needs to get done for the move:

 Rent a moving truck (includes driver, motels & gas):  Approx $4000

I have helped her by letting her and her daughter move in my house, and I want to help her be able to go home to her sister.  I have my family here so I understand her reason for wanting to go back home.  I hope you can help me help her with the move.
