Help My Friend Rowe with Funds for Rent and Food

Hi, my name is Elaine.

I am fund-raising on behalf of my friend, Rowe.

Rowe was a server at a Lakeview East restaurant called Stella's Diner. I was a frequent guest there and I got to know Rowe during the last fourteen years of his employment there.

Rowe lost his job at Stella's at the start of the Pandemic. Since then, he has been actively searching for work but has had difficulty finding a position, due to his age, his lack of knowledge of technology, and some recent health issues (he is 75).

He is currently dealing with a health issue that impairs his ability to work. He is in pain and is about to see a specialist to figure out what the problem is. He cannot pay his rent and his monthly income from social security is $831.00.

We would deeply appreciate any amount you could give to supplement Rowe's income so that he doesn't get evicted and has money for food and bills at this time.
