My friend in Mexico is facing a very difficult time. She recently fell and broke her hand, which has made it impossible for her to work or even take care of basic needs like showering. She lives alone, without family or children to help her, and right now she has no one to turn to for support. As someone who cares deeply about her, I am doing everything I can to help, even though I am a single mom with five kids and unable to work myself.

Her injury has made daily life extremely challenging, and she cannot afford to see a doctor for the treatment she desperately needs. Without medical care, her recovery will be slow and painful, and she is struggling to cover her living expenses.
