My friend in Haiti is a dedicated community leader who has spent years making a difference in the lives of others. For over 15 years, I have watched him work tirelessly, even as life in Haiti has thrown unimaginable challenges his way—earthquakes, hurricanes, and lockdowns. He once ran a school in Citi Soleil, but the area has become too dangerous due to its proximity to gang territory. Despite these hardships, he continues to look for ways to help those around him.

Recently, he found a safe home to rent in Wozo, a city on the outskirts of the island. This new place offers him the security he needs, and I have been helping by raising and paying his rent every six months. Right now, he needs support to cover his rent and water by April 30th. The house has a couple of extra rooms, and he hopes to use them to hold art classes for children in the community this summer, continuing his mission to uplift others even in difficult times.

As someone who has an online business, I've seen over and over again that when lots of people do what they can, it can all add up to a LOT. It can completely change someone else's life.
