I don't usually do these but a very good friend of mine is in trouble.

My friend Moy is an artist and a musician living in Mexico, he makes his living off his artwork.

Last week Moy broke his hand.

Not only does this mean he is unable to work, he needs surgery, and in Mexico this is expensive as they do not have Medicare!
