Hi everyone,

I’m starting this fundraiser for my amazing friend, Haley, a disabled woman with a huge heart, a fierce work ethic, and an incredible gift for working with animals. She’s been building a career as a dog trainer and pet sitter, and despite all the challenges life has thrown at her, she shows up every day with determination and love for the animals she cares for.

Recently, she has hit a major roadblock: her vehicle is falling apart, and it’s putting everything she’s worked for at risk.

Right now, she’s driving a 1992 GMC Safari van—a vehicle that’s way past its prime. It breaks down constantly, guzzles gas, and drains her finances every month. It’s making it nearly impossible for her to save money or take on more work. Since many of her clients live outside public transit routes, not having a reliable vehicle directly limits her ability to earn income.

This isn’t about wanting something nice—it’s about needing something safe and reliable so she can continue building a life and business that supports her health, independence, and future.

We’re hoping to raise $7,000.00 to help her purchase a dependable used car. With it, she’ll be able to:

Accept more pet sitting and dog training jobs.

Expand her client base outside of transit-accessible areas.

Stop wasting money on never-ending van repairs.

Work safely and consistently, without risking her physical health.

And most importantly, keep moving toward a sustainable, self-directed career doing what she loves!
