Help my foster son, Jon, wife and 4 small kids
Hi my name is Author Sandra L. Kearse-Stockton. My husband and I have fostered over 100 children in the Washington DC Metropolitan area over the past 26 years. Some children we never hear from after they have gone, but others we do hear from over the years and some are attached for life and we are the family that they identify with regardless of color or race. Our foster grandson Jonathan K and his wife and four children have lived in Maryland close to our family since their marriage. Jonathan had a rough start as a child and was placed with us when he was about 12. He is truly one of ours and has a whole bunch of cousins who are all close to him.
His wife sister , who was living in Alabama convinced them to move there with her. She and her husband found a job for Jonathan so they decided to make the move. Wife and 4 kids left first to stay while Jonathan stayed behind to work and clear up some family things before he left to meet them. That time came and Jonathan started out to make the trip last week.
He loaded the truck, Ford F150 with all of the belongings he could tie down in the truck. No Sooner than he arrived in Alabama after a 13 hour drive alone, the truck caught on fire while he was driving. He had not reached the his wife and children yet. We are thankful to God that our foster son is okay.
I have created this Go Fund Me Account to help them get an automobile, it is imperative for him to keep a job, get their own place and have family transportation. The amount that you are willing to contribute does not matter, every dollar counts. Give from your heart, because you will never know if and when tragedy will strike you or your family.
