help my faye get her giant bladder stone removed

Donation protected
hi all. i’m reaching out in hopes that anyone can help my faye. any amount helps.

my girl faye is a 6 year old guinea pig who’s had innumerable medical issues in her life. giant ovarian cysts, URIs, bladder stones, bumblefoot, etc. she’s the strongest pig i’ve had, and i’ve had five! she’s one of the remaining two pigs i have left, and she means the world to me.

i’m trying to keep this short because we don’t have much time. my girl is suffering horribly with a giant bladder stone, twice the size of the (already abnormally large) one she passed about a month ago. she can barely go to the bathroom, she’s constantly in pain, and she doesn’t eat much anymore. but when it’s time for veggies i can tell she has so much will to live. the fact that she’s still kickin it now proves that as well. she’s an old old lady, but other than the drastic situation at hand our exotic specialist says she seems stable. while she seems in generally good health everywhere else, we can tell that she’s in an immense amount of pain most of the time, and i just can’t bare to see her like this. this stone will eventually kill her, and it’s possible that the surgery would be successful but she would rapidly produce another stone, in which case we would most likely have to euthanize her. i want to do the surgery because i know the stone is the root of most if not all of her issues right now, and if she doesn’t get it removed she’s going to suffer until she dies, and that is the LAST thing that i want for her. we have a week to get the surgery. i know there’s a possibility she could die during surgery. i know there’s a possibility the stones could just come back, possibly even worse. but i’m almost entirely certain that if she were to get it removed, she would be able to use the bathroom properly again and be a much happier, healthier pig. she’s already had surgery for her massive ovarian cysts, which was done just over 5 months ago, so putting her through another one would be stressful for her. but it wouldn’t be fair or right to sit here and let her suffer until she dies. why should i let that happen when she’s like this because of the stone?

i don’t know exactly what my plan is. i have a chunk of the estimate covered but then i’ll be left with basically nothing if not absolutely nothing. whatever the cost ends up being, i just need the difference after whatever i can pay. any donations left over after the surgery is paid would be sent right back to the donators.

i want to help her so bad. i’m not even sure i’m doing the right thing, but i know what isn’t right is letting her suffer just because we’re scared of what the outcome might be. please, if you can’t donate right now, i understand, but please share this with anyone who might be able to. my girl needs help and the only options for help she has are the surgery or euthanasia, and i just can’t put her down when she has so much will left to live. she’s such a bright and beautiful soul. i’m grateful for any and all help she receives, and i pray that god pays your kindness forward to you. thank you. ❤️
