mein Name ist Luana Santina Mackenroth und ich weiß es sehr zu schätzen, dass sie sich die Zeit nehmen, die Geschichte meines Vaters zu lesen.
Sein Traum war es in Spanien zu leben und sein eigenes Restaurant zu eröffnen. So lebt er schon gute 6 Jahre auf der Insel Mallorca und eröffnete vor einem Jahr, sein Restaurant ‘The golden Beach Pearl‘. Wir machten aus dem zuvor, Münchener Kindl, ein bezauberndes Beach Restaurant. Mir direkter Strand Lage am L’Arenal mit Meerblick. Zur Lage muss ich hinzufügen, dass das Restaurant zwar in l’Arenal liegt, diese Ecke, aber weit weg von der Partymeile ist und der Altersdurchschnitt unserer Gäste eher hoch war. Die erste Saison für das Restaurants war schwer, durch die eher weniger durchlaufene Gegend kamen wenig Gäste und zusätzlich hatten wir mit der Corona Pandemie zu kämpfen, so musste sich im Winter das Geschäft irgendwie übers Wasser halten. Trotz dem schwierigen Start der ersten Saison, startete das Team mit viel Motivation in die zweite Saison und gerade als das Geschäft guten Anlauf nahm passierte es.
Es geschah am Dienstag den 22.08 gegen 5:00 Uhr morgens. Ein Anruf der das Leben meines Vaters auf den Kopf stellt. „Ihr Restaurant steht in Flammen!“ Angekommen, war nichts mehr vorzufinden, nur noch ein schwarzes Loch. Die Küche verschmolzen und voller Ruß, Kabel die aus der Decke hängen, der Boden komplett unzugänglich und zerbrochen und die Bar trägt die Farbe Pech schwarz, anstatt in den hellsten blauen Farben aufzuleuchten. Das war schon der zweite Anschlag innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Der erste Anschlag hat auf der Terrasse stattgefunden, wo das Dach mit Tischen und Stühlen und Boden verbrannt sind. Das Problem versuchte mein Vater schnell zu lösen, denn 3 Monate hat das Restaurant noch, seine Gäste von aller Welt zu beglücken. Doch nun, nach dem zweiten Anschlag, sind die Hände meines Vaters gebunden. Sein Werk, Geschäft, Geld, einfach alles ist ein großes nichts.
Die Nachricht von dem Brand hat uns zutiefst erschüttert, aber wir sind entschlossen, das wir gemeinsam, das Restaurant wieder aufbauen können. Seid ein Teil dieser Wiederherstellung. Su sueño era vivir en España y abrir su propio restaurante. Así que ha estado viviendo en la isla de Mallorca durante unos 6 años y hace un año, abrió su restaurante La perla dorada de la playa". Convertimos lo que antes era un Münchener Kindl en un encantador restaurante de playa. Situado directamente en la playa de L'Arenal con vistas al mar. Tengo que añadir que aunque el restaurante está situado en L'Arenal, este rincón está lejos de la milla de la fiesta y la media de edad de nuestros clientes era bastante alta. La primera temporada para el restaurante fue difícil, debido a la zona poco frecuentada, venían pocos clientes y en invierno el negocio tenía que mantenerse a flote de alguna manera. A pesar del difícil comienzo de la primera temporada, el equipo empezó la segunda con mucha motivación y justo cuando el negocio estaba cogiendo una buena racha, ocurrió.
Ocurrió el martes 22.08 sobre las 5 de la mañana. Una llamada de teléfono que puso patas arriba la vida de mi padre. "¡Tu restaurante está ardiendo!" Llegó para encontrar nada, sólo un agujero negro. La cocina derretida y llena de hollín, cables colgando del techo, el suelo completamente inaccesible y roto y la barra vistiendo el color negro intenso en lugar de iluminarse con los colores azules más brillantes. Este fue el segundo ataque en 10 días. El primer ataque tuvo lugar en la terraza, donde ardieron el techo con mesas y sillas y el suelo. Mi padre intentó resolver el problema rápidamente, porque el restaurante aún tiene 3 meses para servir a sus clientes de todo el mundo. Pero ahora, tras el segundo ataque, mi padre tiene las manos atadas. Su trabajo, su negocio, su dinero, simplemente todo es una gran nada.
