Hi, my name is Ilman. My father is a man with extreme osteoarthritis to the point disabling him. Because of this, we don't have a stable income source. He and I went through a lot trying to get to Canada from Iran. Now that we're here though, we notice a lack of high quality bread, especially flat breads.

My dad is a fantastic baker, and makes great barbari, a traditional middle eastern bread. He likes to experiment with things like zulbia and lavaash too. Everyone who has tried his bread instantly falls in love. Thing is, he needs money. Money to start the business, to pay for rent and appliances, etc. We have been working hard to make the money, but nobody will give us loans and working is hard because of his disability.

He works tirelessly day and night in front of the oven, even if everything in his body is telling him to give up. I think it would be a shame if his talent went to waste. Please help him achieve his dream!
