Help My Father Raymond get a new leg

My name is Michael. I am fundraising for my father, Raymond. Dad has been battling sickness for most of his life. He was recently cured of Lung Cancer, which was only partially covered by Medicare. A substantial portion of the cost of radiation treatments remains unpaid.

 

He inherited a condition called Peripheral Artery Disease, which was diagnosed in 2011 when circulation in his left leg completely ceased. After several operations to correct this condition, surgeons decided in 2021 that no more could be done and that amputation of the left leg was the safest course of action. After this procedure was performed, he spent several weeks in a rehabilitation facility until Medicare funds ran out. Since we were unable to find the $300+ per day Patient charge, they sent him home.

 

A state-of-the-art prosthetic leg is being built for dad.The patient contribution to this $45,000 device is $9075.00

 

All told, the remaining medical bills total slightly over $13,600.
