My father has always been my rock. When I had nowhere else to go, he took me in and gave me a home, sacrificing everything to make sure I was safe and cared for. Now, he is facing some of the hardest challenges of his life, and I want to do everything I can to help him find hope again.

Recently, my father became unable to work due to severe back issues. He underwent a surgery that was supposed to help, but instead, it made things worse. As if that wasn't enough, he was recently diagnosed with a type of mouth cancer. The details are still unfolding, but he has already had to have part of his tongue and parts of his throat removed. He has been waiting for disability for a long time, but it feels like it may never come. Things have gotten so difficult that he had to sell his only TV just to try to pay his phone bill, and even then, it wasn't enough. Watching him lose hope has been heartbreaking, especially after all he has done for me.

The funds raised here will go directly toward helping my father cover his medical bills and basic living expenses. Since he hasn't been able to work, he has slowly lost everything and is struggling just to get by. I am doing everything I can to support him, but with a family of my own, I can only do so much. My father gave me hope when I needed it most, and now I want to give that hope back to him.
