Help My Father Fight Stage 3 Lung Cancer

It’s with a heavy heart that I share that my father was recently diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. This devastating news has turned our world upside down. As many of you know, my dad has always been a hardworking, kind, and selfless man—someone who would give the shirt off his back to help others. But now, he needs our help.

Since his diagnosis, my father has been forced to stop working due to the intensity of his treatments and the toll they’ve taken on his body. Even with health insurance, the costs have become overwhelming. The high deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and the need for ongoing treatment have placed an incredible financial burden on him—one that he simply cannot bear alone.

We’re reaching out with this GoFundMe to ask for support in helping cover his hospital bills, medications, and necessary treatments. Every donation—no matter the amount—goes directly toward easing the financial stress and allowing my father to focus on what matters most: healing.

Con mucho dolor en el corazón, les comparto que a mi padre le diagnosticaron recientemente cáncer de pulmón en etapa 3. Esta noticia ha cambiado nuestras vidas por completo. Quienes lo conocen saben que siempre ha sido un hombre trabajador, bondadoso y generoso, alguien que nunca dudó en ayudar a los demás. Hoy, él es quien necesita de nuestra ayuda.

Desde su diagnóstico, mi padre se ha visto obligado a dejar de trabajar debido a la dureza de los tratamientos y el impacto físico y emocional que está enfrentando. Aunque cuenta con seguro médico, los costos siguen siendo abrumadores. Los deducibles son extremadamente altos, y los gastos de bolsillo, medicamentos y tratamientos necesarios están causando una carga financiera que él no puede afrontar solo.
