Help My Father keep his lights on

Hi my name is Daniel my Father recently lost his mother and wife of 47 years. They had all lived together. The Electric bill for their home was in his mother's name and now to switch it to his name the company requests a deposit of $640.

He has a fixed income and can afford his monthly bills however a deposit of such a large amount will destroy his budget. The company has informed him because of his mother's passing he has until November 4th to pay the deposit or his service will be turned off. He has lost the two most important people in his life in just over a month and I have done everything to help him. Any help would be appreciated. I thank all who help.
