Help my family get through this difficult time.

Hello, my name is Luke Sanders. I am 41 years old and am married with 4 kids. My wife and I both work in Law Enforcement in a small county in Kansas. I recently found out that I have a condition in my heart that requires extensive open heart surgery. My wife and I are going to have to take off a significant amount of time from work for surgery, leaving my wife to take care of our farm with animals and all of our kids. We're trying to raise money to help us get through this difficult time.
