My name is Rahaf , and I write to you with a heart full of despair and hope, clinging to the belief that kindness still exists in this world. My family and I are stuck in Gaza, where every day looks like a battle for survival, and the future seems more uncertain than ever. Genocide and relentless attacks have torn our world apart, and the displacement crisis has left us nothing but fear and sadness.
For a difficult seventeen months, we lived in the shadow of war - air strikes, bombing and destruction from all sides. We wake up every day not sure if we will see tomorrow.
Being hassan, I lost my job in this war as a marketer in one of the companies in Gaza. I had a car and an excellent income that makes me live and my family live a good life. After the war took my job. I am now homeless, without money. I try to protect my daughter, my wife and my family of four members. As for my wife, she works as a dentist.she recently graduated and started working in a dental clinic, but fate wanted Gaza to become ashes. She insisted to work well in order to save money in order to obtain her university degree. University fees accumulated for $9,000, and the dream became a nightmare, and dreams and ambitions faded, and I am the one who My wife known ambitious perseverance, we got married while she was still studying, and gave birth to our first daughter Rahaf in her last university year, however, she persevered and graduated without delay from her graduation date. As for my other daughter Elif, God gave her to me in this war, and I never imagined that my wife might give birth in war, and the war is not over, God willing, she will come and grow up in this grinding war, and since I accepted Elif, I struggle to provide pampers and milk for her, and here she is growing up and she is nine months old, and there is no food or drink available for children, and I am torn from the inside in order to provide food for her, my daughter Rahaf and my wife Breastfeeding, if food is available at a very expensive price, we cannot buy it, Gaza has become an unbearable prison. We are eager to leave and look for safety, but the costs of escape exceed our capacity, and we have no refuge left.
I communicate with you, not only as a stranger, but as a father, son and human being. We need your help. We need someone to hear our screams. Please, if there is any way you can contribute to this GoFundMe campaign, no matter how small, it may be the lifeline and the key to hope to start working again and so that my wife can extract her certificates and complete her job as a doctor and so that I can provide my daughter with the basics and elements of life, your donation is what saves us. Your generosity is not just money; it is hope, life and opportunity for a future far from this nightmare.
I attached an official paper certified by the university with the remaining fees in order to obtain the certificate
Every donation, every kind word, is a step closer to safety, to healing, to a life where we can finally breathe peacefully. We humbly ask for your compassion, sympathy and support. You have the power to change our destiny.
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for reading, for your attention, and for being a light in our darest hours. For more information or any questions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Hassan and his family.
