Our home was destroyed by war... Help us rebuild our lives

Hello everyone,

My name is Mohammed, a 14-year-old Palestinian from Gaza. My family consists of six members: my Mother, my Father, my brother and two sisters. Before we were forced to flee, we lived in a peaceful and beautiful area in northern Gaza. But when the conflict erupted, everything changed.

On the seventh day of the war, the Israeli forces demanded we leave our home in northern Gaza. Shortly after, they invaded our neighborhood, leaving widespread destruction behind. Under intense bombardment, we fled to Rafah in southern Gaza - our first time being displaced. Saying goodbye to our beloved home broke our hearts.

In the photos below you can see me before and after my life was changed forever.

We stayed in Rafah for five months, enduring constant bombing, a severe shortage of clean water, nutritious food, and essential medical care. These harsh conditions led to illnesses within our family. Recently, we were displaced from Rafah again, facing soaring prices and a severe lack of basic necessities.

On October 7, 2024, I lost my right to education as my school was converted into a shelter. I also developed hepatitis due to unsafe food. The war has stolen my dreams, my ambitions, and my future. My mother, who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and a slipped disc, used to receive special care, but her condition has worsened due to the constant displacement. She is in urgent need of medical care.

Sadly, my family currently has no internet access, so I am sharing their story here, hoping you can help us. Your support will bring us safety, medical care, and a chance for a peaceful life. I am now seeking donations to support my family during these desperate times – I am their only hope.
